I agree. They want to flush out the shorts, but i feel the stock was shorted by insiders. It cant be proven but between the ir guy brass financials and the structural dynamics info we've been given. Its obvious they knew we'd do the homework. I feel to date theres rigs being built for HCE, and possibly them only. International sales are typical for small hlding co's to displace revenue. Jmo
