The pps showed some real signs of strength yesterday. What will take it the next leg up? Well, we all know HR1380 will. This bill can also hurt this stock as many might be putting their orders on hold as they wait to get it passed. If that is the case there will be pent up demand that will skyrocket once it happens. I did hear about the head of WM said they were going to order many new trucks with the NatGas conversion. I'm sure others will do the same.
