Tom, I also am not a big fan of conspiration theories on naked shorting in case of SRSR, but you are not true that pinks cannot be shorted. It depends on broker, f.i. on IB website there is a list of shortable stocks, with many pinks included SRSR (availability at the moment 150 000 pce).
I also would before the voting let the open discusion go on, just with facts. Better to discuss it in depth sooner than regret later on. The way how DC is written allows more explanations, and legal documents should be 100% clear. The lifetime savings of many investors including me are at stake, and any sympathy or trust in Scott/SRSR management is on second place.
