JBII is an outright scam, run by an scammer.

The only time others outside of pink sheet gamblers will hear about this joke is when the SEC suspends this racket for fraud.

The only reason JBII isn't currently sub-penny is because its promoters, trying to maximize the value of their free shares, have been moderately successful at pumping this POS.
