It is probably rare that any of them really care about the investors Rustler.

It certainly would be better if they could satisfy shareholders by getting the sp higher (they could make more money selling their shares), but as you stated, they make money regardless where the sp is.

It is a lot harder (and sometimes not possible) to actually do something you set out to do in the PR's than it is to just sit around and sell shares. Most pinks just sell shares.

Depending on the type of CEO you are, maybe you are happy with just selling shares.
