Doro Wins Court Ruling Against Emporia, Inc. in Germany

Doro has won a further ruling against rival Emporia in Germany. On September 7, 2011, the German Regional Court of Hamburg issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting Emporia from holding, selling, using, importing or exporting in, to or from the EU a clamshell mobile phone called 'Telme'. The court ruled that the phone's design is the same as Doro' equivalent products and thus infringes Doro's registered design rights
