Ok just for you... Sorry I didn't come through yesterday... It's now gone from bedtime story to weekend coffee.... Scratch out those eye boogers, this one is 16 pages but only about ten really matter. I can't believe they are challenging the validity of the patent, but what do I know. At least I found a way to convert pdf files into jpg's (zamzar.com). I still have to download every page separately but it beats the heck out of my print and scan method and formats it nicely for us.
I would like to hear some other takes on this one. If Intellicig can rightfully prove the patent is invalid then is the whole deal up in vapor? Can the other companies that are challenging Ruyan use this in their defense as well? What does the patent office have to say about the validity of a patent they issued? I'll have to admit this one threw me for a loop and has me concerned now.
