It indeed wasn't meant to imply sneakiness... I was just thinking that their (explorer's) portfolio probably has lots more of these agreements. I wonder if they are going to pr those as well or if they just chose to pr the top-flite agreemnt because it seems a 'good' fit with the John Daly golfwear.
