The plot thickens.... Intellicig has challenged Ruyan and filed a counterclaim as well.. They are stating that the whole 410 patent is not valid. They are challenging the means in which the patent was obtained..... I'll download the documents if anyone would like to see them.... They are taking a whole different path than Njoy and Blu.
The court has also issued a notice to all the parties involved that they should start preparing for trial now. The only party left to answer is Janty. Oh, and the 10 other John/Jane Does which have yet to be named.
