You don't understand the meaning and use of correlation. It has nothing to do with such percentages, but the relative patterns among the two traits being measured. Moreover, you can't take single factors such as the percentages which you show and derive a correlation between them.

Please show some valid information to support your contention that KATX pps does not correlate with major indexes.
