I re-upped with a small position - 100 shares - @$13.17. I have since gone back in between $10.62-$11.10 in a big way, prior to the lawsuit announcement. I like the MNTA platform/technology/IP, but, IMO, there is a considerable downsize risk even at this price. Should no TRO be granted, I expect a decline. If granted, good news.
