It would appear that the "powers that be" at EIGH have packed their tents and scurried off into the desert night.
FINRA, in their wisdom, will never allow an EIGH corporate action with this shell. So, even if there were a pending deal, it will fall through. Just like all the other EIGH promises, lies and BS.
