Today is day 25 of the 30 trading day NYSE notice.

You're misunderstanding the notification.

The stock price was under a buck for 30 consecutive days prior to receiving the notice on August 18.

They now have six months-until Feb. 18, 2012-to cure the deficiency (trade for over a buck for 30 consecutive days.)

FBC has said that they will cure the deficiency.
