I think Paul is right, you seem close to the insider of the company. So let me direct my questions to you. What I like to know first is who are the elected board of directors of Veltex Corporation?

I contacted corporate matters office in Utah, I was told that the last elected director was one Mr. Nelson in 1998/99? I was not satisfied with my DD as I wanted to buy a million shares, hoping to recover my 401K investmentlosses since 2000.

Few weeks ago, I called the company and eventualy was lucky enough to talk to a lady (young lady Teresa?)and asked her a bunch of questions. She seems to have no idea what I was talking about and she promised me that someone will get back to me with my answer. I am still waiting. hehehehehehe.

By the way I did talked to an IR guy named Brad that she refered, who claimed to be working with Mr. Metin. What I can tell you'll that this guy Brad was nice but sounded very young and he seem to be more interested in some restricted stocks that Metin gave him in exchange for his help.

Once again I told my old lady to get rid of 500$ interest that she got hooked into with the advise of one her friend in Utah.
