Kid, unlike Expo and some of their minions who support criminal tax evasion activities, misrepresentation and bald-face prevarication...including the out of context manipulation of information for purposes of pumping and selling worthless EXPH shares, I believe that the LEGAL course of action is always the best. Even given a choice between bad and worse. I believe, unlike JD Brown, Glenn Harrs or some who support them, that the LEGAL option is the best choice whether or NOT it is the easiest, most productive or more financially rewarding choice. Therefore there is no doubt that given a forced choice between destroying the company through criminal misappropriations of employee tax witholdings or destroying the company through massive, death spiral dilution.....destroying the company through massive, death spiral dilution is the preferred and slightly more moral course of idiotic and sociopathic behavior. Of course the key phrase here is "idiotic and sociopathic behavior". The proper way to run Expo Holdings, Inc. would be to have never gotten oneself into a position where the financial choices weren't limited to "dumb" and "dumber" to begin with. That is what causes the desperation, the quoting out of context sociopathic behavior, the misrepresentation, more out of context despondent, angst ridden ranting, lying, well....I think you get the picture. IMHO.
