I mean really?: is it dilutive for a company to take employee credited funds meant for deposit with the U.S. Treasury and spend it on ___??? Nah, the liability alone only grows share price, not depresses it LOL. Some may call that dilutive, some, er, may call it *well meaning* by a group with *highest integrity* for the betterment of all long shareholders forevermore. I think a common reader can discernibly figure it out. As SBB reflects at the end of his posts, it can make you sleepy . GLTY and any stuck shareholders who found out about EXPO too late. It is what it is. AJMHO, of course.
