I do not recall predicting new dilution...

That is because to my recollection, you never did. AST and I are the biggest advocates of EXPH share dilution and despite the fact Expo was most likely prohibited from issuing any further shares in the spring of 2011, we have both produced ample evidence to show dilution of shareholder value in Expo Holdings, Inc. in the absence of share sales. My own documented evidence showing a rate of current dilutionary devaluation of equity three times HIGHER than it was DURING a period of share sales. IMHO.
