The same way MNTA sued Teva for patent infringement in Dec 2010.

I have to admit that I've always been a bit hazy about their reasoning.

Did they say about TEVA and will they say about Amphastar that it is impossible to manufacture a generic enoxaparin without using one of their patented manufacturing methods, therefor an infringement must have occurred?
