Based on the SEC filings for insider transactions, all of them still hold their shares. There has been only one insider who has sold, and unfortunately he had a bucket load to sell - David Gelbaum. He decided to unload his position for personal reasons, at the first of the year. It was one of the reasons the SP was under so much pressure prior to the two new contracts. He has over a million left, but is, I believe under some restrictions on selling right now.
The Yahoo page for EFOI has all the SEC filings listed for insider transactions. That is where I pulled those names and numbers. Of Course Edgar filings have their own site for all company filings.
Midsummer wasn't listed as an insider holder and looks like it is simply an investment group who once held EFOI shares. I checked out their filings on Edgar and EFOI wasn't the only company they sold out on. Hope that helps and welcome any corrections in my opinions and assumptions. GLTU
