If he would have identified the real LLC company it wouldn't take much research by the investors to identify the funder. Probably would have been best for him to just announce the $10M funding and say further details will follow at a later date. The fact is noquit the major concern of investors is the dilution and the very good possibility the A/S will be increased shortly. If the funding goes through no one will care where the money came from at that point. I would imagine it would have to surface in a filing.
