BUCS BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BCS intends to develop within three years a nationally recognized technology company with sales teams in strategic market areas of the United States with combined annual sales revenues exceeding approximately $50 million.

In 2010 Business Continuity Solutions, Inc. (BCS) was formed to provide advanced solutions for Backup, Disaster and Recovery Solutions. We deliver the Neptune-11 Server with award winning AppAssure software for on-site backup, disaster and recovery requirements as well as off-site Continuity Cloud for off-site storage requirements.

A recent study discovered that, of companies experiencing a major loss of computer records, 43 percent never reopened, 51 percent closed within two years of the loss, and a mere 6 percent survived over the long-term.

For small and medium-sized businesses in particular, these statistics suggest the necessity of crafting a Business Continuity Planning (BCS) strategy grounded in a robust data backup and recovery solution. Unlike enterprises, many smaller companies cannot afford optimal in-house strategies and solutions in service of BCS. These companies are consequently at an elevated risk of being put out of business due to any major loss of data. Loss of data could mean emails lost, accounting data lost, patient or client files lost, company records lost, client legal records or orders lost and so on.

BCS is the blueprint for how businesses plan to survive everything from local equipment failure to global disaster. Data-oriented BCS, an indispensable component of business planning regardless of organization size, poses the following challenges. Smaller businesses generally lack the in-house IT resources to achieve these demanding planning, technical and process requirements. Therefore, many SMBs either neglect to implement any data-oriented business continuity plan or else approach data backup and recovery in a sporadic, rudimentary fashion that fails to conform to the best practices of BCS.

Ramsey Dellinger, CEO of Business Continuity Solutions (BCS) trading under (PINKSHEETS: BUCS), announced Q.2 2011 revenue results that more than double Q.1 results. "With a reported 42 percent increase Q.1 over Q.4 2010 and now a 224% increase in Q.2 over Q.1, we have set an aggressive pace to exceed our 2011 topline growth revenue goal," Dellinger stated. "Two of the three business units were responsible for most of our Q.2 revenue increases. Our Direct Sales Business Unit focused on corporate accounts accounted for the bulk of our increase. It is also exciting to see the growth in our 'off-site' Data-Center branded as Continuity Cloud(SM). This recurring revenue has jumped in a single quarter by slightly more than 300%. As a result we are expanding our datacenter storage and redundancy capability in Asheville, NC and are adding new sites in San Jose, California and Chicago, Illinois."
