You're correct. Evidence is developed (revealed) during discovery. There has been no discovery, hence no evidence. No evidence, yet you think Spencer has a good chance of winning. How do you reach that conclusion without having seen any evidence? Just askin'. You don't think Wallace has a good case against Spencer. So you agree with Spencer that Wallace poisoned the drinking water of 400 families? Spencer claims that statement is true in his answer filed in court. In order for Spencer to win this case, he'll have to prove the statement is true. Don't you agree? There is substantial evidence that is public that no contamination of the water occurred. Will Spencer do his own tests? Will he spend a few hundred thousand dollars to refute the EPA study? Just askin'
