Perhaps true, not sure. But irrelevant. Wallace is an active member of the FL Bar as well as a practising member of the NY Bar. I'll bet he has cases in both states right now. You're really good at DD. Why not check with both Bars and see if Wallace is an active member? And if your statement was true, the Bar Associations would have told Spencer that Wallace was not active, so they were not going to punish him. This would have required a finding he acted improperly. Both said he did not. So no punishment was proper and his type of membership irrelevant. When Spencer was asked to cite just one violation of the NDA, he admitted he didn't know of any. So how will he prove his case in court? You think he has a good chance of winning with no evidence. Why?
