I believe the allegations that need to be proven are Wallace's defamation of the company. If the company has even had inquiries from substantial investors that would show that his actions had the ability to cause harm.
Repeated posting of unsubstantiated defamation proves intent to cause harm.
Just IMO as a rational person, the same sort of person that might be found on a jury, not a lawyer.
