The question:

Some investors are concerned that they have not been able to find any information on Modesa Enterprises LLC. Can you tell us why there is no available information and how do we know this corporation exists? What is the source of the funding, meaning, where is the money coming from? Is there a way you can have a lawyer confirm that the corporation exists in a legal letter that can be shared with investors?

The answer...Well it is not an answer at all. it is a complete smoke and mirror response that does not address any of the questions at all.

RESPONSE: This issue originally surfaced by a message board poster. As a result, one of our investors contacted the SEC who responded stating that our Company does not have to disclose the personal identity of the funder, the owner of Modesa Enterprises LLC. It is important to beware of those who choose their own way, despite the truth of a matter.

One dilemma of the Internet is that it allows people without a platform to publish on the same level with someone who has worked their entire life and career to a certain level of success, invested everything they own, only then to answer investor questions which were created in the mind of an accuser on a message board who won’t even share his name, share position or motive. It’s truly absurd.

Notice how he avoided each and every question asked while trying to discredit those who can clearly show that Modessa is not a registered entity with the state of DE?

Can you tell us why there is no available information and how do we know this corporation exists?

This was not addressed at all in his little tirade.

When you search for modesa enterprises llc you get this:

No matches found. Please try a new search.

Asking why is a legitimate question based on the fact that LFBG released this info to the public and the public is unable to verify this as being a DE LLC company because it is simply not registered there at all. Sorry Troy but it was you who announced it, you who named the company and you who claimed it to be a DE LLC which it is not. It is you who should answer these questions instead of avoiding them and somehow attacking those who have shown the company to be nonexistent. Shame on you for avoiding the question by trying to discredit those who have brought up legitimate questions.

What is the source of the funding, meaning, where is the money coming from?

Again, total avoidance. What is the point of putting up a Q&A if the questions are going to be avoided? Oh, wait, I know Troy. You put it up so you could somehow try and discredit those who showed it to be BS while avoiding the true answers to the questions. Would you like an opportunity to try again? But this time actually answer the questions?

Nobody asked for the personal identity of the owner. We asked for you to verify that this company really exists based on information you released. Now, that is not asking too much is it? Where is this comp[any incorporated because it certainly isn't DE according to the SOS website. So, does this company really exist at all? How could you sign an agreement with them if they aren't legally registered as a LLC in DE? Did you have the state of incorporation incorrect?

You see, there are a lot of questions that have come up based on this info that you released. Now is the time to correct it. And please, this time, don't go blaming message board posters who were smart enough to follow up on your info trying to verify it.

Thanks Troy, I'll await a response from you. And BTW, I am not going away any time soon. I believe you are accountable to these shareholders and they deserve to know the truth about Modesa, if they really are incorporated anywhere and how you could enter into an agreement with them if they are not.
