Just a opinion

IDCC didn't hire the investment bankers to not have a sell I do not think but could be wrong. I think IDCC still has the most valuable LTE 4G patents in existence presently.

I will say it again the value is by far more than where the stock is trading. They have many options to seek full value of these patents. The options can be sell the patents off for LTE 4G in blocks of 100 that are declared essential. Sell the whole portfolio and exclude the machine to machine and the compression patents. Sell all of it including engineers cash land and equipment. Sell the 3G patents seperately from the rest.

If the company was sold right now and lets use the closing price today we are talking 2.7 billion to 3 billion with the dillution to 50 million shares.

Now does it seem reasonable for a company that has 3G patents collecting on more LTE 4G patents than Nortel by triple cash of around 700 million, machine to machine patents, compression patents land equipment engineers tons owed for back payments on 3G and be worth 3 billion? You surely couldn't be serious.
