First, thank you.
Initial impressions, opinions and assumptions. It is an amended form, which is apparently from 2010 - the date Dec. 31, 2010. If that is the case, anything from 2010 is trumped by the 23 million Navy contract and the more recent 5 million contract. Questions I would have is: What is being amended from the original filing, and how many shares? Plus, Midsummer Investments are based out of Bermuda? An offshore fund?
