asdfghj: The REP business is competitive and is very much a price-and-convenience business. There is an abundance of competitition here in Texas which tends to keep margins low - perhaps that is why WLSA is a likely buyer of Apollo since they have SOME money. Although, what is the scope of WLSA's assets? I personally do not see (very) much you can trade at the moment.....

Anyone - fill me in as I have not paid close attention to the speculative talk about the WLSA 'strengths'. It seems that there has been an awful lot of talk about WLSA's potential for many years (my history).... and I primarily take queues from the Conf calls where someone should be accountable for their statements - but, we do not have a strong history there, either.

For example: the 'listing discussion' is VERY old by now. I personally believe that this is the only vehicle that will carry whatever business we have to be valued realistically. Whatever the Market says is it! None of our chatter or encouragement will make much difference. When we are in real 'open waters', we will we see other fish. Hoping we get there before my Estate is transfered smile

Respectfully -
