to report Saredi. It is my suspicion however that Ken has determined to take both SDVI and GRAFF private for a spell. He is implicitly signaling that to us through his lack of communication that this is the final opportunity for day traders to exit.

For the record, I was first to raise the possibility of GRAFF remaining private for up to 18 months with many of my fellow board members. My thought at the time was that we could actually exert some influence on how it was done; i.e. the length of time and the receiving of regular monthly newsletter. Maybe we could have asked for some other concessions as well.

I believe now that leverage is probably gone. In ten days Ken will have 3rd quarter earnings to tout. Ken will do whatever he wants done. GLTY
