Clay trader, if you are looking for an entry point, I would suggest a delay until Oct 4 when about 800 million shares are due to be issued to the 2011 lenders. There is apparently no effort being make to authorize those shares so what's going to happen?

I don't think Radient even wants to waste the money holding a meeting. Not filing for a shareholder meeting is critical information. Take heed.
