You got that right. Call it what you want...R/S or Merger, It will destroy shareholder value if done too soon. I really hope that Ken understands this and is working hard to figure out how to repair his companies without wrecking the value.

I'm all for some kind of restructuring, but only after the company can prove some consistency and growth in game releases and profits and only after SDVI is current and stays current with real, audited audits.
