I think the unspoken answer is spelled out in the presentation. The first statement that you read [page 3] has ETAK "claiming" the safe harbor protection for all their forward looking statements. Once again, odd to make this their first statement during their update. So ETAK says listen we may say a lot of things but we are under no obligation to follow up on them or even make sure they are based in truth. Nice!
