Progress has seemingly been slow. Very slow. But think back a couple of years.

A decided understatement. Are you perchance British?

Our shares were held by Loch Harris. We were NOT going to get our shares.

And what hotshot Lawyer signed the Asset Purchase Agreement? Most likely authored it, also? Certainly contributed to the drawing up of it.

The settlement agreement was signed and approved by the court. The shares WERE distributed to Loch shareholders.

Well la de dang da!! Whose shares were they, anyway?

Since that time, CDEX has SOLD its products to a couple of the nation's leading hospitals, which believe so much in our technology that they are willing to put their names and reputations behind CDEX.

And where are their PRs? the only ones I have seen are CDEX ones, or quoting CDEX ones.

CDEX is publicly trading.

Yep. For over a year, i do believe, As CEXI!! D'ya give MP credit for that? Seems I recall that he "disavowed" it.

CDEX is on the OTCBB.

I give you that one. Except it is CEXI.

CDEX has been filing on time.

Even a day early!! Don't wanta mess with the SEC deadlines!

CDEX has developed proposals with major companies in the homeland security arena.

No basis for THAT statement. Pure hype. Fairy tale.

CDEX is exploring licensing agreements. CDEX is exploring partnership agreements.

So they ALMOST say. I do believe that the word "contemplating" was thrown in there somewhere. Is my memory faulty?

All of this work will not be for naught. All of this work was done for a purpose.

You got that right! But for what purpose? Getting them all off the SEC hook?

We will be successful.

THAT depends upon what your definition of "will" is..LOL!!
