Isn't this at $0.0001? Who short and distorts the bottom dweller?

You talk to the SEC and FINRA and where are you? Is there an open investigation or have they placated you? Do you get transferred to the same people or do you talk to the person that answers the phone? Are you talking to enforcement or investor services?
