Was the process they followed... proper ?

I have an opinion about that, of course... based on nothing but my bias at this point... but, my bias is fairly well informed, now, after a couple of years of watching how they do the crap they do here...

They don't CARE if the process they follow is proper or not... and that is true of almost everything they do... which makes it a fairly simple matter to "guess" how well they'll follow any rule.
