I was moderating the webex portion of the meeting and was instructed by the officers and legal counsel to shut down the webex session. I did not have the authority to refuse and doing so could have exposed me to liability that I was not willing to accept considering I was serving for free.

After shutting down the webex meeting I continued to record Dave Williams on my i-phone and I have an additional 30 minutes or so of footage. Those shareholders who were present of course got to experience all of it.

Until I am sure that I am not creating problems for myself, I will be sending the additional video footage to both Kyle Pierce and Dave Williams via FedEx and if either of them would like to post it, they may.

What can I say DSU, you should have been there in person.
