Actually not funny at all. Pretty sick if you asked me. Why does XATA management believe that you can "fool all the people all the time?"
Aren't we smarter than that? I am not fooled by their deliberate distortion of their stock ownership structure for their own benefit.
Those that are fooled and are in denial may not believe my opinion here. Hence I would respectfully suggest that they find an MBA with an emphasis in finance and ask them.
