True enough, the evidence does not get presented here ... yet ... as the community develops we'll at some point see a Magna Carta sort of showdown between the Honourable Nobles and the Evil King, making mandatory upon the latter the production of a habeas corpus, and the presenting of full evidence - no more post deletion, this is why that's bad, it distorts the record ... poofs the record entirely, there is no record other than that to which the Evil King has access
