The 8-K filing of December 10, 2002 is specific regarding Management's plans. The following paragraph is in Note A, Page F-10:

...Management's plans to address these matters include private placements of
stock, obtaining short-term loans, seeking suitable joint venture
relationships, and putting the prospect being developed into production.


Slaphappy, please provide the Press Release(s) you say indicate "The company needs NO joint partner...". Perhaps I have missed a change in management's thinking such that they will revise their statement in the next (appropriate) SEC filing to exclude this possibility.
