I am expecting the outcome of LBHI's claim of 19.9B against LBI(SIPA).

Only .5B allowed, 11.4B reclassified to General Creditors Claim (Will be Subject to Subordination), and 8.0B disallowed or disputed.

The reclassified 11.4B is what I am expecting to be recovered by LBHI.


I am not familiar with the LBIE and LBSF deal which will probably add more assets to LBHI.

For info, LBIE has allowed claim of 6.2B against LBI.
