We have no idea whether Lou has lied or not. All we know is there has not be one document released to back any of his claims, just PR's. Btw, some of those PR could be considered lies, he said 3-5 days to get CE removed, pretty sure that never happened. What about uploading those documents, or releasing terms of merger. The PR claimed this would be done shortly, its been three months.
Btw, the argument "prove it isn't a scam" is plain ridiculous. It's like saying "prove there is UFO's or prove there isn't a big foot"
The burden of proof isn't on the skeptical. Things do work that way.
