Hard to say. I think they should have gone with the strippers. Certainly nothing is going to happen with EIGH. Maybe they'll be able to flog the shell to someone else.

Or perhaps they sold a chunk of stock to Bryant, on the condition that they use some of the proceeds to bring their filings up to date.

Whatever. What is sure is that they won't be merging with EIGH.
