Just strolling down Memory Lane... Here are the two Sully contracts, with the different dates. The first, dated 1 September 2010, is now "inactive" at OTCMarkets, but it's still there, and will always be there:

Filing the first one was very careless of Bryant, but then he's always sloppy.
