no, you didn't do what I asked. the first thing is Bayport has placer claims, not hard rock, so there is nothing to technically look at yet. you understand that right? we are not talking lode claims here.
next, like anything else, you have to look at the total value of the claims. TRER, because of the super high prices of REE now, has over $100B in REE on its land as an estimate. No, its not a 43-101 resource yet, and neither of many of the REE stocks who have net worths of 10s and hundreds of millions of dollars.
Bayport, has about 1/2 of the grade of TRER, yup, low grade, which would make them useless if REE prices were not through the roof.
As a result, we need more info, but it would not be hard for Bayport to have billion$$$ of REE on its land, again, because of the jump in price of REE.
So you are trying to tell me that if I picked up low grade silver and gold claims 10 years ago, that it would not have been worth it? are you kidding me?
What do you think is going to happen when the U.S. announces it will create a REE strategic reserve. You do know that REE use is going to go up for the forseeable future right????
Bayports claims as is can command 10s of millions of dollars...purely based on the current enviorment.
And no, I'm not saying Bayprts REEs are worth billions to the company, but if you have a few billion $$ in the ground, that is worth something...
