I agree with what you say, however, if I line up everything good and bad about all the candidates, I wonder if Paul's policies would result in a tragedy for the country (most likely FROM Islam) before or after the other's insider policies would see bankruptcy, social dishevel, and total collapse of capitalism and the dollar FIRST? I also have to believe that once he was President, and had all the facts concerning Islam, which he probably does not have currently, that he might change a bit more in that particular area to keep the country safe. I do not think it would be too long before his eyes were opened to their global desires once he "tells Israel to defend herself." I think he believes that they have the full capacity to do this, but I do not believe that if they said they needed help, that he would turn away. I think that is silly, as I have heard some conservatives say.

If you look at it as the lesser of two evils, and the fact that we do not know how Paul would change on some things, but we DO know how the others will maintain the status quo, what is the proper answer?
