I belive that $49,000.00 may be a typo in IHub's lodged order for attorney fees. IHub is asking for "$75,215.84 ($72,240.84 in connection with the original Motion and $2,975 in connection with these reply papers and the hearing on the Motion".

I think the proposed order IHub filed with the figure $49,000.00 to paid within 30 days was meant to be $72,240.84 within 30 days.

Also, there is no order yet. Only the "proposed" order seeking the judges signature.
