Waiting For the Information

ThSeeker - It should be a known fact shouldn't it? One way or the other.

EarnestDD - why is everything associated with RCCH always unknown?? Why is Gene never honest with shareholders and the investing public??

My comment – Before everything about RCCH went dark a number of smart people after thorough due diligence invested their hard earned money into RCCH. “Soon” is not what I imaged it to be or want it to be but I am willing to wait. Day after day I lurk and watch RCCH and CEO Gene Newton being “commented about” for any number of reasons.

Why Gene is not transparently open with the naked short sellers from Mars is obvious to me. That he is smart enough to conduct business behind the scenes in this current global environment is amazing to me. I am aware that you want proof and you want IT NOW. Please be patient. I am not worried because time is on our side in the current legal paradigm shift. This void of information situation is causing far more consternation to the naked short sellers than it does to me as a retail investor.

Frogdreaming - Outside of your belief in the existence of naked short sellers associated with RCCH, what facts support such a belief? (Please don't spin some wording in the DTC memorandum into support since there is no mention of naked shorting in the memorandum and the DTC keeps and publishes a listing of all fails to deliver that would clearly indicate any DTC supported short position.)

My comment – Frogdreaming we can agree to disagree about corruption on Wall Street and the existence of naked short sellers associated with RCCH. The facts to support/disprove/resolve our disagreement will come out in my opinion with the resolution of and the following legal fallout of the Gendarme Case. The current FINRA rules in place ‘should’/will hopefully make for an interesting period of trading when the accumulated trade fails legacy issue comes to a head. The DTCC legacy of accumulated trade fails was not/has not been resolved in my humble opinion.

Three years and counting this dead .0001 cellar boxed pink listed stock gets extraordinary attention. As of today the date of last filing in the Gendarme Case is 05/06/2011. I do not believe we are going to learn anything financially substantive about RCCH until this case is resolved.
