I agree with you for the most part. Where I disagree completely is with having to pay Dave 13k for copies of records that don’t belong to him in the first place. None of us or the company should pay for that. If he wants copies he can pay for them himself. He has this company hostage and unable to move forward because of his childish position. He promised years ago, since he appointed himself part of the board, that he was going to do a lot of things and was never able to deliver so now he is upset and accusing Cristian and Kyle of making a bad deal because he was never capable of doing anything at all and he constantly states he could have done better. Well the way I see it if he is such a great negotiator and could have done better why did he never deliver? He is a looser and I believe he should just live with it and let us move on. Resign from the board and let everyone else that is interested in moving on do it.
