I see nothing, which suggests
an RS or any value such as 0.0002
or anything else for that matter.
This is the problem! Regardless of the Reader Rabbit success, investors are disappointed in both having been mislead and in having no confirmation as to where SDVI may stand with earnings or anything for that matter. And how they may or may not benefit from being shareholders in Graffiti when the shares are, for all practicality, worthless and may not be traded as they do not exist in the markets.
While the entirety of any investment here, either in SDVI or GRAFF, has no confirmation of audited and legal support, which any of us may understand and trust in, there also is nothing to support a theory of either dilution or a reverse split. Nothing!
The company could announce something at any moment, which could change the scope of things going forward. In the mean time, all any investor can do is either contact or actually go visit the company in Redwood City in an attempt to meet with Ken and find out some truth. Questions have been posted on this board time and time again and no answers are forthcoming.
