I spoke with CEO of VizzEco yesterday, Confirmed the merger is moving along nicely. He stated all the details between the two companies have been agreed to. Only thing left before merger are issues regarding legalities moving Vizzeco into US and paperwork that goes with it, also how to get the best tax basis.

He said he'd be glad to talk to any shareholders at the conference. They will have a premium booth. Reps from Google will be there. I called Google and they confirmed their attendance..sea
